Jonard Development Foundation (JDF)
Jonard Development Foundation (JDF) is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives through sustainable development initiatives. It was founded in 2017 and incorporated in 2026. We believe that lasting change begins when individuals and communities are empowered with knowledge, opportunities, and the resources they need to thrive.
Our work is built around four interconnected pillars—Education, Community Empowerment, Health, and Agricultural Resilience—which together address the root causes of poverty and inequality while promoting self-reliance and sustainable development.
By partnering with communities, government institutions, development partners, and the private sector, JDF designs and implements innovative, inclusive, and impactful programs that improve livelihoods and create opportunities for present and future generations.
Our Core Values
Integrity
We uphold honesty, transparency, and accountability in all our actions.
Respect
We value the dignity, diversity, and rights of every individual and community we serve.
Inclusion
We ensure equal opportunities and meaningful participation regardless of gender, age, disability, or social background.
Collaboration
We believe sustainable development is achieved through strong partnerships and collective action.
Innovation
We embrace creativity, learning, and practical solutions to address community challenges.
Our impact in the Community
Our impact in the community is reflected in the lives we continue to transform through education, technology, health support and social empowerment initiatives. By providing scholastic materials, reusable sanitary pads, digital-skills training and opportunities for young people and vulnerable families, we help remove barriers that limit personal and community development.
