AI & Space Technology Schools Outreach
The AI and Space Technology Schools Outreach Programme is an educational initiative of the Jonard Development Foundation (JDF). Through the programme, JDF visits primary schools, secondary schools, vocational institutions, colleges and universities across Uganda to introduce learners and educators to emerging technologies.
The programme focuses on Artificial Intelligence, robotics, electronics, computer programming, satellite technology, astronomy and space science. It brings practical science and innovation training closer to learners through interactive presentations, live demonstrations, guided experiments, mentorship sessions and hands-on projects.
By connecting classroom learning with real-world technology, the programme enables learners to understand how modern technologies work and how they can be applied to solve challenges within their schools, communities and the country.
